Their previous product guide just wasn’t working for them so we stripped everything back. We altered the layout, splitting each page into two columns and leaving much more space for images. Colour coded tabs down the page edge highlights each section making it easy to navigate.
The Christmas promotions are a ‘bumper’ edition of the monthly offers booklet, in both page size and volume. For their 2018 Christmas product guide, Tyneside Foodservice wanted ‘something totally different’ but at the same time keeping the reds and greens associated with the festive season. We took their Tasty Bites logo and seamlessly weaved it onto a festive design. Using plenty of images to showcase products and a mix of fonts to highlight various sections and deals throughout. The conundrum always being to make the brochure feel festive, without going OTT with the tinsel. Tyneside were happy we struck the right balance.
Tyneside wanted a more visual site, filled with mouth-watering images. While they wanted it to look more appealing they didn’t want to lose any functionality. The end product has full page images and is easy to navigate, while keeping the Tyneside brand at the forefront for any user.
